What
are Viaticals?
Viaticals are simply the sale of a current life insurance
policy to a funding provider. The funding provider purchases the
policy for a discounted amount of the face value. In return, (You)
the seller receives an immediate lump of money. The purchaser
becomes the owner and beneficiary of the policy and makes all
future premium payments.
Who
Can take Part in Viatical?

must have a non contestible life insurance policy in order to
take part in a viatical settlement. The policy can be owned by
the insured, a family member, corporation, trust, or any related
entity/person to the insured.
Should
I do a Viatical Settlement?
